  Registration

Do I need to register for this event?

Yes, due to capacity restrictions and catering requirements all attendees must register. 

How do I register for CAS 2025?

Visit the registration page, select the appropriate registration portal. 
If you have received an official invitation, please register via the link included in the invitation.

When can I collect my event access pass?

More details will be provided shortly on event badge distribution.

Can I attend CAS 2025?      

All Department of Defence members (ADF and APS) are eligible to attend the first session of CAS 2025 at the Australian Parliament House, you are then invited to watch the remaining sessions virtually.

I didn't receive a confirmation email after registering.

Will the event be filmed or photographed?

Yes, the symposium will be recorded and available to view online shortly after the event. There will also be a photographer and videographer capturing components of the event.

Where is CAS 2025 held?

What should I do when I arrive?

You will receive a detailed email one week prior to the event with arrival instructions. If you have not received this email please contact army.events@defence.gov.au.



  Virtual Event

Is there a virtual event
option?

Yes, there is a virtual option for Department of Defence members only.

Visit the Registration Page and select the virtual registration option. You must have an @defence.gov.au email to register for the virtual component. 

Can I share my virtual event login with others?

No, each user must register for themselves and view from their own Virtual Portal.



What do I need to do on the day of the virtual event?

On the day before the event, you will receive a reminder with your unique login details. This will also contain a link that will automatically login to your account and access the event page. If you don't receive the email please contact, 
army.events@defence.gov.au.

What if I'm having issues viewing the stream?

The Virtual Portal has a live support desk that you can contact if you face any technical issues or have any navigational questions. You will see an icon at the top right corner of the website to access live support. If you are unable to access the portal, please email, army.events@defence.gov.au.
