  Registration

Do I need to register for this event?

Yes, to attend in-person you need to register for CAS. Registrations have now closed, however you will able to watch via live stream.

How do I register for CAS 2025?

Registrations have now closed.

When can I collect my event access pass?

You will be able to collect your badge from each of the venues 1 hour prior to the program commencing. There is also a pre-event collection point, details are below.

Will the event be filmed or photographed?

Yes, the symposium will be recorded and available to view online shortly after the event. There will also be a photographer and videographer capturing components of the event.

What should I do when I arrive?

You will receive a detailed email one week prior to the event with arrival instructions. If you have not received this email please contact army.events@defence.gov.au.



  Virtual Event - Department of Defence Portal

Is there a virtual event
option?

Yes, there are two virtual options, one for Department of Defence members and the other is publicly accessible.

Department of Defence registrations have now closed. View the 'Watch Live' section of the website for links to the public live stream. 

Why use the Virtual Portal over the public live stream?

The portal will allow you to submit questions to the speakers and panellists throughout the entire CAS program and is accessible via DPN.



Can I view the Virtual Portal from my phone?

No, for the best viewing experience we suggest using a desktop or laptop computer.

What if I'm having issues viewing the stream?

The Virtual Portal has a live support desk that you can contact if you face any technical issues or have any navigational questions. You will see an icon at the top right corner of the website to access live support. If you are unable to access the portal, please email, army.events@defence.gov.au.

What do I need to do on the day of the virtual event?

On the day before the event, you will receive a reminder with your unique login details. This will also contain a link that will automatically login to your account and access the event page. If you don't receive the email please contact,
