LEWG 2023 Allocation Exhausted

Thank you for your interest in attending the Land Environment Working Group (LEWG) 2023. This year's event is at capacity.
If you are interested in attending future LEWG events please email, army.industry@defence.gov.au.

About the LEWG

On Monday 24 April, the government released their response to the Defence Strategic Review (DSR). This is an inflection point for Army and Defence as a whole, bringing new opportunities.

After consideration of the DSR, Government has directed Defence and specifically Army to transform and optimise. Whilst the consequences of this change are reverberating across all Sectors, realising this ambition will require the integrated Defence team to be more connected and collaborative than ever. There has never been a more important time for Defence and Industry to work together to adapt our current and future Army to meet the reality of our Strategic Circumstances.

The Land Environment Working Group (LEWG) provides a forum for Defence and Industry to work together to support Australia's current land capability and explore future land capability requirements. The LEWG is chaired by Head Land Capability with Industry Co-Chairs and is the deliberate forum for Land Capability Division to outline and discuss future investment plans for land domain capability. The LEWG is held at an 'Unclassified' level.

The LEWG is open to Australian companies, with an ABN, that have a current or future interest in supporting Defence and Army with Land Domain Capability. Attendance is limited to three attendees per organisation. Registrations will be vetted to ensure the conditions of participation are adhered to.
